Registration via Auditionware - Here's How!

and Children & Youth Online
Registration open Sept 7 - Oct 15
FIRST -- Are your National and WI memberships CURRENT? You will not be able to register if not.
1. PLEASE read the 2025 Timeline, NEW THIS YEAR and the Category, Repertoire and Performance Requirements pages. You will save yourself and others time and energy if you read carefully!
2. The AuditionWare registration portal is accessed through the national website member's portal. If you have forgotten your login or password, follow directions on the website to recover it. If your membership is not in good standing, you must do that to go any further.
3. Repertoire Questions, Checking and Changes will be handled by the following WI chapter members after October 15. Contact the appropriate member to make changes.

4. NSA has created a fillable Student Pre-Registration Form so you can be sure you have all the information you need to complete the registration process. Consider having your students complete this before you begin registering them.
5. When you are ready, scroll down to the GREEN AuditionWare button to begin registering your students. Take your time and read carefully. The site will take you through the steps to register each student. You can save what you've entered and go back and edit or add any additional information later as long as it's before the registration deadline date. (October 15)
6. The Children and Youth ONLINE Audition is a separate event from the Nov. 8 & 9 In-Person Audition. To access registration, go to the Register for Audition/Conference page and select the Children & Youth Online event. Please carefully read and follow these GUIDELINES for creating and submitting videos.You must have your student's video links to complete registration.
7. If you are not sending students, we hope you will join us to adjudicate -This assures THREE adjudicators in each site. To register as an adjudicator and make a lunch reservation, complete the AuditionWare process as above - just don't register any students.
8. When you have registered all your students, click GO TO PAYMENT PAGE and follow the prompts to pay with a credit card. All payments are processed through the National chapter.
9. If you are sending students under age 18 to the In-Person Auditions, the student and their Parent/Chaperone must download and complete the (fillable) MINOR CHAPERONE FORM. Parent/Chaperone should follow the procedures at the bottom of the form. Teachers MAY NOT serve as Chaperone. Teachers please forward a copy to the Auditions Coordinator. Kathy Otterson and retain a copy for yourself. Since the Children/Youth categories are online, it is not necessary to complete this form.
10. Schedule, Adjudication, and Work Assignments will be posted on the website after registration closes. You will receive an email announcing these assignments.
