Registration Guidelines
Registration Deadline is Wednesday October 13, 2010.
Please finalize arrangements with accompanists before you register your students. Check that all students you register have an accompanist and you know the accompanists you register are within the “15 singers per accompanist” limit especially if there are several teachers using the same accompanist. Auditions personnel do not communicate directly with accompanists unless they are staff accompanists. Communication with accompanists is a teacher responsibility.
Make sure each accompanist has a copy of Instructions for Accompanists.
Check the appropriate box if your student will be using computer-generated music. Music that is printed from CD ROM will be accepted ONLY if participants have the CD ROM available at their audition. Out of print music is acceptable if written permission from the publisher is present at the audition. Music purchased and generated at a store and music generated at websites such as sheetmusic.com may be used if there is proof of purchase (receipt, e-mail, letter) present at the audition.
If your student is hiring a professional accompanist from Milwaukee, make sure you confirm with the accompanist that s/he will be playing for your student BEFORE you enter that registration information. Any student you register without a CONFIRMED accompanist will not be assigned a singing time and may be disqualified. Please remember to negotiate fees for prelims, semi-finals and finals directly with the accompanist and prior to registration.
Names and contact info for NATS Staff accompanists in Milwaukee are below. Charges are as follows: $50 for pre-lims/semis and $25 for finals for a total of $75 if a student was involved for all three rounds.

Only one repertoire change per student will be allowed after registration deadline. Teachers must communicate any changes to Kathleen Otterson by October 29. No repertoire changes will be allowed after that date, including the day of the audition. For your records, keep a copy of the confirmation of that change in case there are questions on the audition day.

Please e-mail a Student Registration form (2 pages) for each student, along with a single Teacher Registration form to: wisnats@viterbo.edu
Only student forms submitted from a valid NATS Member's e-mail address will be accepted. Students may not send their own forms to Auditions personnel.
A Teacher Registration form (hard copy); and your check, postmarked no later than October 13, 2010 should be sent to:
