Registration

All registrations will be on-line this year. If you do not have access to a computer, please contact Dan Johnson-Wilmot at Viterbo University, 900 Viterbo Drive, La Crosse, WI 54601. Performance Site Procedures

As the singer enters the audition site, the Room Monitor will check For CD ROM-generated music and also check to see that no photocopies are being used except as stated above (see Disqualification under Eligibility Requirements).

The schedule includes a semi-final round if singers are in a division of 12 or more singers. The High School divisions do not have a semi-final round. Please be sure to let your students know that they may sing a second time on Friday after 3:00 p.m.

Some teachers may be asked to judge the Friday semi-final round. Saturday’s schedule will begin with Freshman division finals and proceed through Adult Professional division The entire membership will judge the Saturday finals.

Singers are responsible for picking up their critique sheets at the Information Table following both the preliminaries, semifinals, and the finals. Critique sheets will not be mailed. If a finalist must leave early, the singer may leave a stamped, self-addressed envelope to have certificates and checks mailed.

Singing time begins when the Room Monitor announces the name of the singer. Students will announce their songs in the order in which they will be performed. In all divisions singers will determine their performance order.
