BELOW IS INFORMATION THAT IS NEEDED TO REGISTER YOUR STUDENTS FOR THE AUDITIONS:
1. Make sure your NATS membership is active and you are in good standing. nats.org
2. Plan your students’ repertoire and category placement. The new NSA documents, organized by categories can be accessed at the links below. This is where you can find information about category requirements, video submission guidelines and how-to’s, adjudication best practices, and much more. Please note: Categories with low enrollment (2-3 singers) may be combined with another category of similar vocal development.
3. Secure a collaborative pianist. Either bring your own or contact one of the staff pianists.
4. Have your students fill out the pre-registration form to streamline the registration process.

- To get to AuditionWare: Go to nats.org and login in. On the right hand side of the home page, click on the menu icon. A list will pop out and you will scroll all the way to the bottom- “Member Home”. Once you are at your member home, you will scroll down the page until you reach “NATS National Student Auditions” and the green AuditionWare button will be below the heading. Once you click on the AuditionWare button and have navigated to that page, you can begin to register students by clicking “My Registration: Wisconsin- 2026 Student Auditions.”
- When registering, be sure to indicate your adjudication preferences as well as sign up for the luncheon and meeting on Saturday.
- You will need to make one payment for all your students and the luncheon at the end of registration.
